Katharine Collett
Katharine has spent all of her life working in health-related fields. She is a marketing professional with over 20 years' expertise, and is currently completing a Post Graduate Certificate in Coaching.
Katharine is particularly interested in developing business competence and capacity within not-for-profit organisations. She's currently working as the Business Development Manager for the Royal College of Nursing, where she's responsible for managing the RCN's commercial relationships and developing their income-generating potential. Katharine uses her group and individual coaching experience to build organisational expertise and increase productivity.
In addition, Katharine has run her own consultancy where she has undertaken a number of assignments to help build team working within the NHS. Previous work has also included developing fundraising plans for small health charities.
