RedR

Tim Foster is a chartered engineer who specialises in humanitarian work. He has been involved with RedR as a member and trainer since the early eighties.

Tim Foster has worked for private consultants, the United Nations and non-governmental organisations; both in hands-on field positions, and more strategic headquarters’ assignments. He has been involved with RedR as a member and trainer since the early eighties and was the first Director of RedR International’s Secretariat.
