Responding to demand
RedR develops courses directly in response to demand from aid workers and aid agencies. This ensures that the courses are relevant and training reflects a real need. We are constantly assessing our training programmes and introduce new courses by reacting to the needs of aid workers worldwide. Recently we developed a new Field Security course in Darfur in response to requests from aid agencies, due to the escalation of direct attacks on relief workers.
Tailored humanitarian training
RedR’s Bespoke Training and Consultancy Service delivers training which is tailored to the specific needs of an organisation or individual, in any country worldwide. This ensures that the training meets the exact needs of the organisation and the aid workers trained are as effective as possible in their work.
