On Wednesday 5 December 2007, following immediately on from RedR's conference Future Shocks: disasters and relief in a changing world, the Annual General Meeting (AGM) took place at the Royal College of Nursing.
The order of business included acceptance of accounts, presentations from RedR CEO Martin McCann and member Mohammed Ali, and ballot results for the election of Board of Trustees. Chair Helen Caulfield was delighted to welcome two new trustees: Mark Buttle and Gino Henry, and Nicola Masters and Jane Moore were also re-elected for another three years.
At the close of the event, Helen was sincerely thanked for her contribution as Chair of the Board of Trustees and has now departed. Robert Hodgson has subsequently been elected as Chair at a recent Board of Trustees meeting.
