One of RedR's key introductory courses, Essentials of Humanitarian Practice, will now enable those who pass, to gain credits towards a postgraduate qualification, thanks to RedR's collaboration with Oxford Brookes University.
On 11 February 2010, disaster relief charity is to open a new office and training programme in Pakistan. Based in Islamabad. the programme will provide essential support to the large humanitarian community in the country, training both international and local non-governmental organisations (NGOs).

RedR has begun providing training to aid agencies in Haiti following the establishment of a joint programme with Bioforce in Port-au-Prince.
