Vital funds for programmes around the world

In addition to its training programmes in Sudan and Sri Lanka, RedR has recently set up a training programme in Haiti to provide support and skills to aid workers responding to the earthquake there. All money raised from ‘Wear Red for RedR’ will go towards RedR’s work training, supplying and supporting aid workers wherever disasters occur.

RedR’s Fundraising & Communications Director, Anne Durrant, comments; “We are really grateful to all the organisations and individuals who showed their support and raised money for ‘Wear Red for RedR’. Such events are vital in enabling us to continue with our work and help spread the message about who we are and the important role we play in disaster relief.
