One stop shop for a variety of problems

Peter Glasper, a Logistician with GOAL, has used RedR’s Technical Support Services many times when out in the field – finding it a useful one stop shop for a variety of problems.

“I have used the Technical Support Service (TSS) many times and for many different purposes, including vehicle problems, repair of gas fridges and cleaning of pond water for use as drinking water. I’ve also sought advice on HF radio propagation, antennas and the construction of rafts and suspension bridges.

“I first used TSS when I was in Thailand in 2002 having seen the information on the RedR website.  I know there are now other forums that offer the same kind of advice but they tend to be more specialised, one for vehicles, one for radio etc.  I don’t think that there is another one stop shop with the range of information and the rapid response that I have had from RedR’s Technical Support Service.

“I think it’s a great resource and I’ve been very happy with the way that it’s been able to answer my questions.”
