Chamutal Eitam has over 10 years experience working in the humanitarian sector. In both practical and academic roles, she has worked with agencies including: IMC in Kosovo; DCA and the UNMACCUNICEF in Eritrea, and Norwegian People’s Aid in Sri Lanka.
Chamutal has predominately been engaged in the areas of: training devel-opment; behavioural change and capacity building in the health sector; mine action and child protection.
Currently, Chamutal is based at the University of Groningen in the Nether-lands, where she is developing and managing the Humanitarian Genome project funded by the HIF. She is researching Organisational Change, Or-ganisational Learning and Evaluative practises in the not-for-profit arena.
Using her diverse experiences as a humanitarian professional, academic and trainer Chamutal is able to tailor training to the recipients’ requirements and manages to bridge both theory and practice in a dynamic and engaging way.
