Lucie Eches

Lucie has over 8 years work experience in the humanitarian and development sector, with both local and international organizations. Lucie holds a Master in Political Science with a focus on International solidarity, humanitarian action and crisis management.

In South East Asia, Lucie worked as Child protection Advisor and Migration program coordinator. In the recent years, she worked as Emergency Coordinator in Central Africa, managing NFI and Wash response to internally displaced population.

Lucie has long experience in designing and delivering training to multicultural teams in child protection, humanitarian principles, project management, need assessment in emergencies, and monitoring and evaluation.

Lucie is fluent in French and English. She is passionate about capacity building within international aid programs.
