Marine has a background in humanitarian aid and international relations with experience in both research and practical implementation. She also holds a MA in humanitarian project management and crisis management.
As a researcher for the Institut des Relations Internationales et Strategiques (IRIS) in Paris, she ran a project on separatist movements and conflicts, building knowledge and skills in context analysis. Working with the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs, she developed diplomacy and negotiation skills.
Marine's experience in INGOs includes working with Action Against Hunger France and Handicap International where she contributed to developing and implementing security and safety management policies and tools. She was also responsible for delivering training, briefings and debriefing for field and HQ staff. First aid and disaster relief are also part of her specialities.
As RedR Security manager, Marine's role combines delivering security trainings in English and French, both in the UK and overseas, and supporting the RedR security management system implementation for UK and other country offices.
