When working in risky situations aid workers can potentially be subjected to verbal and physical assualt, robbery or abduction/kidnapping. Therefore, it is essential that humanitarian organisations have the ability to provide the training and support to aid workers who are affected by these types of critical incidents.
This course aims to bring together humanitarian workers to identify and address stress while equipping them with stress management techniques.
