Effective training is essential to ensure aid workers are equipped with the skills and knowledge they require to deliver successful humanitarian programmes.
Through highly participatory activities participants will learn through experience, observation and feedback. Skills learnt will be put in to practice and developed through planning and deliverery of short training sessions.
By using the tailor-made service you are not limited to the full five days of the standard TOT course, nor the specific topic areas covered. We would be happy to tailor the agenda to meet the needs of your organisation by adapting, adding or removing modules.
