RedR Recruitment Services

RedR manages a leading international recruitment service operating across a range of disciplines, sectors and countries, providing specialist expertise in each area. Our reputation is based upon our ability to deliver outstanding results and exceptional levels of service.

But while the roles we resource are diverse and changing, our approach is simple and consistent.  For more than two decades we have been committed to a high-quality, low-risk contingency-based operating model.  Over that period we have established ourselves as a trustworthy partner to whom agencies naturally turn in their search for humanitarian assistance.

The Recruitment Service was originally set up to deploy engineers from our members' register to emergencies at short notice.  Today, we can offer humanitarian agencies a pool of approximately 1700 members.

Ensuring Quality

RedR is a membership based organisation and we only recruit from our register of assessed members.  The basis for this is that our members are deemed suitable for humanitarian work and have the relevant and qualified skills.  To find out how to be a member of RedR's register, click here.

 

Methodology

We operate a recruitment service that is open to any organisation and also on a global basis. However, our strength is the capability to provide a register of skilled personnel in times of an humanitarian disaster. Please find below some case studies:

Indian Ocean Tsunami 2004:  We provided 79 people within 3 months following the Tsunami

Pakistan Earthquake 2005:  We provided 80 people in the 3 months following the Pakistan Earthquake and also had a RedR recruiter in Pakistan assisting with the local recruitment effort.

Cyclone Nargis, Myanmar (Burma):   We have a register of 300 members waiting to be deployed as and when the situation allows.  If you are looking to find people for this register please contact us here
