Once we receive an enquiry we will contact our team of technical experts on your behalf. We aim to send their advice to you by email within 24 to 48 hours and will continue to provide assistance to you.

Any advice and views provided through RedR's TSS should be assessed carefully by the person requesting assistance before applying. Technical support systems provided by the operational agency should also be consulted if possible to ensure the response is in line with the overall approach of the agency.
