Booking a place

  1. Please download and complete the training application form:

  2. Confirmation of your place will only be made on receipt of full payment of the appropriate training fee.
     
  3. Please make sure you have read our cancellation policy.
     
  4. Course fees may be paid:

    - by cheque - made payable to RedR and drawn on a UK bank account;

    - by credit card;

    - by bank transfer. An invoice will be sent, which contains bank account details for the transfer. Please note that bank transfer fees will be added to the invoice.
     
  5. On receipt of your completed application form and payment, an email will be sent to you in acknowledgement. Cheques will be cashed and credit cards will be charged once your place has been confirmed by us.
     
  6. If your organisation is paying your fees, please include on the form the organisation's name and address and the name and email address of the person to be invoiced. Invoices will be issued once you have been accepted on the course and are due to be paid within 14 days.
     
  7. If your name is placed on a waiting list we will retain your cheque or not charge your credit card. If any places become available you will be notified as soon as possible. In the event that no place becomes available, your cheque / credit card details will be deleted.

For Certificate in Security Management:
Applicants are assessed on their suitability for this course from the information provided. A priority system operates for security professionals who work in the field or are about to embark on an assignment.


PLEASE NOTE: All courses running in the UK are delivered in English, and participants will need a good command of English in order to participate.
