Managing People in Emergencies (credit-rated)

People are the key in any humanitarian response. Managing people can be difficult at the best of times, but during the chaos and stress of a complex humanitarian emergency, the ability to manage people is crucial for the success of any programme. This 2 ½ day competency-based course will introduce participants to the fundamentals of effective people management. Upon completion, participants will be able to demonstrate several key skills for managing their teams with greater confidence and success.
