Cancellation policy

  1. Once you have received confirmation of your place on a training course you will be liable for the whole fee unless we receive written notification of cancellation.
     
  2. For bookings cancelled 2 or more weeks before a course is due to start, 90% of course fees paid will be refunded or 100% if transferred to another course.
     
  3. No refund will be made for bookings cancelled less than 2 weeks before the event, except in exceptional circumstances and then only at the discretion of the RedR Programme Manager. However, we will consider transferring the fee to another course, less an administration fee of 20%.
     
  4. No refund will be made for non-attendance on a course.
     
  5. In the event of cancellation of a training event by RedR, we will endeavour to inform all participants at least one week before the course is due to take place, although please be aware that this is not always possible. In such cases, all course fees paid will be reimbursed in full, but we will not reimburse any other costs that may have been incurred, including flights, accommodation, etc.
     
  6. Where dates are varied or there is a change of location by RedR, course participants may request a full refund if the new dates/location is not convenient.
