In addition to running training courses in the field, RedR runs a year-round programme of training and learning events across the UK. Our courses start from basic introductions to working in the humanitarian sector through to professional courses for experienced aid workers, engineers, health workers and security experts.
Everything we do in the training room is directly related to our experience of running training courses in the field. We have been responding to humanitarian crises around the world for over 26 years. We draw on the lessons we have learnt from this experience and then plan our courses in collaboration with professional experts, such as our members, relief agencies or specialists in the sector. We cover a great range of topics and many of our courses count towards Continuing Professional Development qualifications.
