RedR values your involvement with us and want to reassure you about how we use the information that you provide us with. Please do get in touch if you would like to know more.
Email updates
Email updates are an important way for you to be able to stay in touch with us. When you sign up for any of our email updates we retain your name and email address on our database. We hold this information in complete confidence and DO NOT share, rent or sell this information to any third party. We only disclose information if we believe we have a duty to do so by law. You have the option to remove your name from the email list at the end of each update you receive from us.
Online donations
RedR uses the Charities Aid Foundation (CAF) to handle all our online donations. Information about the information they collect from you and how they use it can be found at www.cafonline.org
Donations by post
If you send RedR a donation by post we treat your personal information in absolute confidence. We may use personal information for our own monitoring purposes but we DO NOT share, rent or sell this information to any third party. We will only disclose information if we believe we have a duty to do so by law. If you would like to remove your personal information from our database at any time, please contact Anne Bajorek on 020 7840 6016 or email anne.bajorek@redr.org.uk
Donations by phone
If you send RedR a donation by telephoning us a member of staff will take your details during office hours. The details will be used to process the donation and then destroyed using a shredder. It is not shared, rented or sold to any third party.
Paying for training courses
When you book a place on one of our UK training courses you need to send your personal details and details of payment with the booking form. A member of staff will process any payments made using a credit or debit card. These details are held in a locked metal cabinet until the day of the training course. They are brought to the training course for participants who need a receipt. Once the receipts have been issued the credit and debit card details are destroyed using a shredder.
