What RedR Offers
If successful in the assessment, and after training at least twice with an experienced RedR Associate Trainer, we will add you to our Associate Trainer database. When we have a training in a particular area, we contact the Associate Trainers that have expertise in the topic of the training and select the best suited AT for the assignment. The number of trainings that an AT conducts for us in a year varies greatly, and depends amongst other things on how often we train on that particular topic in a particular location. RedR contracts ATs as Consultants on a fixed daily rate. We are committed to strengthening local training capacity in the most disaster-prone countries, and support our new and existing trainers to further develop professionally as a trainer.
Download the application form from the top right of this page and return along with your most recent CV to: firstname.lastname@example.org by 9th April 2017. The next assessment in MENA will take place on Saturday 29th April in Beirut, Lebanon.
If your skills and experience match our requirements, you will be shortlisted and invited to participate in a trainer assessment.
