RedR UK's Khartoum Country Office is looking for experienced, qualified training professionals to join RedR Sudan’s pool of Associate Trainers (ATs) to contribute to our programme of capacity-building for humanitarian workers.
Associate Trainers are listed on RedR’s consultant database and offered training work as and when needed on a daily rate payment basis. RedR cannot guarantee regular training opportunities; however, given current levels of demand, we anticipate there will be many opportunities.

What RedR offers
If successful in the assessment, and after training at least twice with an experienced RedR trainer, we will add you to our Associate Trainer database. When we have a training in a particular area, we contact the Associate Trainers that have expertise in the topic of the training and select the best suited AT for the assignment.
The number of trainings that an AT conducts for us in a year varies greatly, and depends amongst other things on how often we train on that particular topic in a particular location. RedR contracts ATs as Consultants on a fixed daily rate. We are committed to strengthening local training capacity and support our new and existing trainers to further develop professionally as a trainer.
The shortlisted applicants will be invited to RedR UK Sudan Country office in Khartoum to attend interviews.
The closing date for applications is Tuesday 21st February 2017.
Those who are shortlisted will be contacted.
**RedR particularly welcomes and encourages applications from female candidates.
