Background
In November 2013 Jane joined Business in the Community to lead the new International Disaster Relief five-year programme which is supported by DFID.

Area of interest
It is the particular experience of working with the humanitarian community and corporates in disaster relief and preparedness that has reinforced her desire to use her skills to support RedR. Jane’s 20 years of experience in corporate roles across project and relationship management, marketing, communications and business development have given her insights into a wide variety of industry sectors and markets.

These roles have equipped Jane with invaluable exposure to strategy development and implementation across many fields, requiring truly innovative approaches to the challenges and opportunities faced and an ability to reach well-reasoned decisions. During her career she has developed a solid network of contacts within both international business and across the INGO community.  

Jane is passionate about the development of the humanitarian community and feels her international experience in delivering partnerships and her strategic level business development skills would effectively support the continued success of RedR.
