Hands on Weekend 2018


Join us for a practical insight into the humanitarian sector

RedR UK's Hands on Weekend gives participants a unique insight into humanitarian work, with practical sessions and a chance to network with humanitarian professionals. The weekend includes four practical workshops based around WASH in disaster relief, talks from humanitarian experts around the campfire and the opportunity to hear directly from experienced aid workers.

Where: Warnham Park, near Horsham in Sussex.

Cost: £60 per person, which includes food, a place to pitch your tent, all activities, and a small donation to RedR. 

Who: Anyone who has an interest in humanitarian work and an enthusiasm to get their hands dirty is welcome to take part! No experience is required.

What to expect: You'll make new friends, learn new skills, enjoy a weekend in the countryside and increase your knowledge of RedR and the humanitarian sector. You'll be camping at night and eating around a campfire in the evening.
