Jobs: Work For Us

Why work for RedR?

We value the contribution each employee makes to RedR and therefore offer a wide range of benefits to staff.

RedR is People in Aid-accredited and good people management is at the heart of all our activities. RedR is also a member of the Humanitarian Accountability Partnership (HAP) and is committed to ensuring accountability in all of our activities, as well as prioritising the safety of its staff.

Our approach to pay is driven by our values and aim to ensure that our reward package is competitive. We want to reward our staff for the remarkable work they do - always ensuring that this is affordable to RedR and justifiable to our donors.

Pay for each role is normally advertised at the time of recruitment. In most cases, the candidate will start at the lower end of the pay scale.

Pay is reviewed annually for all staff and different factors determine pay awards in different parts of the world justifiable to our donors.

Benefits vary from country to country, to take into account local needs and differences. We will advise you of the benefits that are appropriate to the job for which you’re applying.
