The purpose of this consultancy is to both develop and deliver a Safeguarding Essentials course as part of RedR’s Open Programme.

The objective of the development part of the consultancy is to create a course focused on safeguarding essentials working from pre-existing RedR safeguarding course material and templates. The course needs to be the equivalent of a 3-day face-to-face course, but we are open to alternative suggestions on course delivery and modality. The development work detailed in the terms of reference is to be completed by 30 April 2019.

Delivery of the course will be across three days in London, June 2019. In addition to developing and delivering the course, the consultancy objectives will include preparatory work and post-event reporting.

Please note that while RedR requires two Associate Trainers to facilitate the delivery of this course, RedR will select only one Associate Trainer to carry out the development of the course.
