This course aims to develop the competencies needed to bring about successful change in humanitarian and development organisations and teams. Approaches to change management, influencing skills and tools are practiced to equip individuals working at various levels in managing transition.

- Analyse driving and restraining forces of organisational change
- Evaluate and select best approaches and methods to creating change
- Use frameworks for assessing organisations’ readiness for change
- Manage feedback to create a positive influence
- Use stakeholder mapping to increase likelihood of support for project
- Use evidence based strategy messages in communication and actively listen to responses
- Reflect on personal dimension to planned and unplanned change
