Terms and Conditions, Europe & Global Region

The following terms and conditions apply to all courses being run through our Europe and Global office, based in London, UK.

Payments:

The invoice requisition form must be returned to RedR within two weeks of the acknowledgement email being sent. Course fees must be received no later than two weeks before the course. In case of special circumstances, please contact the training team as soon as possible, and before the two weeks is up, on training@redr.org.uk or 020 7840 6000.

  • The 10% Early-bird discount finishes at 1700 hrs, exactly 1 calendar month prior to the start date of the course. Bookings completed before this date, but without settled invoices, will be charged at the standard rate.

  • Bookings for a course close at 1600 hrs on the date shown against the standard tickets in the ticket selection dialogue box. If you are interested in booking a last-minute place on a course, please contact training@redr.org.uk.

  • Applicants should ensure that they are able to meet the conditions for entry into the UK before applying for a course. Information on entry to the UK can be found here.

  • RedR cannot offer advice on specific cases or visa requirements.

Applicants will be entitled to a refund of 75% of the course fees paid, or if places are available will be offered a transfer of 90% of the course fees paid onto the next course.
