RedR UK Training

Terms and Conditions, Europe & Global Region

The following terms and conditions apply to all courses being run through our Europe and Global office, based in London, UK.

Payments:

  • For those paying by invoice, once your booking is completed, please email training@redr.org.uk, and inform us of the contact name and email address the invoice should be sent to. The invoice requisition form must be returned to RedR within two weeks of the acknowledgement email being sent. Course fees must be received no later than two weeks before the course. In case of special circumstances, please contact the training team as soon as possible, and before the two weeks is up, on training@redr.org.uk or 020 7840 6000.

  • The 10% Early-bird discount finishes at 1700 hrs, exactly 1 calendar month prior to the start date of the course. For those paying via invoice, you must book and settle the invoice before this time, to still be elligible for the discount. Bookings completed before this date, but without settled invoices, will be charged at the standard rate.

  • Bookings for a course close at 1600hrs on the date shown against the standard tickets in the ticket selection dialogue box. If you are interested in booking a last minute place on a course, please contact training@redr.org.uk.

Individuals requiring a visa:

  • RedR recommends that individuals requiring a visa do not book courses less than 8 weeks before the start date. Cancellations due to visa refusals will be treated following the below cancellation guidelines.
  • No training bookings requiring a visa will be accepted for courses of less than 3 days induration. If you have already booked and paid, we will cancel your place, and refund you 100% of your course fee.

  • Only upon receipt of a completed booking form and full payment of course fees will a letter of confirmation be provided. This letter is a standard format, and will be emailed to the applicant only. RedR cannot send letters to embassies, high commissions or consulates.

  • Applicants should ensure that they are able to meet the conditions for entry into the UK before applying for a course. Information on entry to the UK can be found here.

  • RedR cannot offer advice on specific cases or visa requirements.

Cancellations:

  • If, two weeks before the course is due to start, payment of the invoice has not been received and the course is oversubscribed, RedR reserves the right to cancel the participant’s place on this course. Participants will be emailed a reminder one month before the course, and if payment of the invoice is not made within two weeks participants will be informed of the cancellation, and will no longer be liable for the course fee.

  • For bookings cancelled two or more weeks before a course, administrative charges will apply. Applicants will be entitled to a refund of 85% of the course fees paid, or if places are available will be offered a transfer of 90% of the course fees paid onto the next course. If the applicant chooses to transfer and then cancels their booking again, neither a further transfer nor a refund will be offered.

  • For bookings cancelled one to ten working days* before a course begins, 25% of the course fee will be refunded (*during normal UK working days, Monday-Friday and working hours 9am-5pm).

  • No refund will be made for non-attendance on a course. Non-attendance includes: failure to cancel your place; cancelling your place after the close of normal office hours on the last working day before the course; failure to attend the course, and; informing us of cancellation following the start of the course.

  • In the event of cancellation of a training event by RedR, we will endeavour to inform all participants two weeks before the course is due to take place, although this is not always possible. All course fees paid will be reimbursed in full, but we are unable to reimburse any other costs that may have been incurred, including flights, accommodation etc.

  • RedR is not liable for covering the cost of bank fees in either the payment or refund of a course fee.

  • Please note: All official correspondence concerning a course application should be made in writing and sent by email, in order to ensure a clear record of the application status.

Refunds will take up to 30 days.

Complaints:

  • In case of any complaint regarding the service provided by RedR, please contact us at complaints@redr.org.uk. We will respond within one working day (Monday - Friday).
