RedR UK has extensive experience in designing, developing and delivering learning programmes for a variety of humanitarian audiences.

Through our work with organisations like Plan International, the Global WASH Cluster and funders including Lloyds Charities Trust and the European Commission, we have developed the ability to support a wide variety of learning needs.

Our e-learning courses include a series of specialist urban response courses, mentoring training, and a number of role-specific trainings related to the Security Incident Information Management project.

Facilitated e-learning

Our facilitated online courses allow your team to benefit from high-quality classroom training by experienced humanitarians without the cost and hassle of travel. Participants can join from any location and the course can be designed to take place over a few days or weeks – whatever works best for you!

Our facilitated e-learning includes group activities and discussions along with individual tasks that participants can complete at their own pace.

We can deliver or tailor our existing facilitated e-learning for your organisation, including our mentoring training, and our Ready to Respond urban courses, or can develop a new course based on your requirements.

Self-paced e-learning

Our self-paced e-learning courses combine high-quality training with flexibility and convenience. Participants can join from any location and complete the course at their own pace.

We offer e-learning on Field Security Management and Remote Security Management via the Resilience Academy.

Mission Ready – Blended e-learning

Suggested Programmes

RedR UK will tailor our online, interactive Mission Ready security programme to your organisation's needs through our 'blended learning' package, which combines self-paced and e-facilitated training.
After tailoring the programme, your team will complete each of the self-paced Mission Ready modules over a set timeframe.
After completing each module, your team will benefit from online debriefs guided by a RedR UK security trainer.
The Security Management e-learning programme will give your team the skills and knowledge they need to apply security management tools to their work.
