Training on Minimum Standards for Displacement Sites

RedR UK is offering free, online, contextualised training on the Minimum Standards in Camp Management handbook for those working in displacement sites in Ukraine or the neighbouring countries.

The training explains how people and organisations supporting displaced populations in Ukraine and neighbouring countries can use the Minimum Standards for Camp Management handbook (2021 edition) to improve the quality of the assistance and protection they provide in the locations where displaced persons are seeking temporary shelter and assistance. The Minimum Standards apply in all displacement settings including collective centres, reception and transit centres. They equally apply to all legal status of  displaced people including refugees or those forced to leave their homes and still inside Ukraine.

How does it work?
The training comprises a short self-paced interactive learning module that starts off the learning; Two core modules that cover the core concepts included in the Minimum Standards for Camp Management handbook and explore why the Minimum Standards are important and how they should be applied; and Nine modules that aim to deepen the understanding of the Minimum Standards and their application.
All modules are offered for free. Module duration is kept to up to 120 learning minutes maximum to accommodate busy schedules of responders. You can select any module depending on your learning needs, take them as standalone, or develop your own learning journey at a pace that is convenient for you. You can take modules in any order. There are no pre-requisites for attending them.

Who should attend? 
Anyone who has a responsibility towards supporting displaced persons, from those involved directly and on a daily basis working in collective sites, to volunteers, or others wanting to learn more about how to improve the quality of the humanitarian assistance and protection of displaced persons.

RedR UK пропонує безкоштовне, контекстуалізоване онлайн навчання щодо Мінімальних стандартів управління місцями перебування переміщених осіб для тих, хто працює в місцях переміщення в Україні або сусідніх країнах. 
Тренінг пояснює, як люди та організації, які підтримують переміщене населення в Україні та сусідніх країнах, можуть використовувати Мінімальні стандарти управління місцями перебування переміщених осіб (видання 2021 року) для покращення якості допомоги та захисту, які вони надають у місцях, де переміщені особи шукають тимчасового притулку та допомоги.  Мінімальні стандарти застосовуються в усіх місцях переміщення, включаючи колективні центри, центри прийому та транзит. Вони однаково застосовуються до будь-якого правового статусу переміщених осіб, включаючи біженців або тих, хто змушений залишити свої домівки та все ще перебуває в Україні.

Як це працює?  
Тренінг складається з короткого вступного відео, яке розпочинає навчання, за яким слідують основні модулі, які охоплюють п’ять основних концепцій, включених у посібник із мінімальних стандартів управління табором. Для тих, хто бажає поглибити своє розуміння, пропонуються додаткові модулі.  Усі модулі пропонуються безкоштовно. Тривалість модуля зберігається до 120 хвилин максимум, щоб врахувати зайнятий графік респондентів.  Ви можете вибрати будь-який модуль залежно від ваших потреб у навчанні, взяти його як самостійний або розробити власний навчальний шлях у зручному для вас темпі. Ви можете брати модулі в будь-якому порядку. Для їх відвідування немає жодних обов’язкових умов  Якщо у вас виникли сумніви щодо того, які модулі вам найкраще підходять, зверніться до RedR UK для отримання вказівок.  Навчання проводитимуть міжнародні експерти RedR UK англійською мовою з синхронним перекладом. 

Хто може взяти участь?  
Будь-хто, хто несе відповідальність за підтримку переміщених осіб, від тих, хто безпосередньо і щоденно працює на колективних об’єктах, до волонтерів або інших, які бажають дізнатися більше про те, як покращити якість гуманітарної допомоги та захисту переміщених осіб.
