У співпраці зі Sphere RedR UK організовує онлайн-навчальну програму, щоб ознайомити тих, хто працює або волонтерить із реагування на гуманітарну кризу в Україні з посібником Sphere. У курсі пояснюється, як люди та організації, що реагують на гуманітарні кризи, можуть використовувати посібник для покращення як якості допомоги, яку вони надають, так і своєї підзвітності, особливо перед тими, хто безпосередньо постраждав від кризи.
Структура курсу
• 1-годинне самостійне електронне навчання
• 2 x 2-годинні онлайн-тренінги
• 1 година читання та самостійного навчання

Цілі курсу
Модуль для самостійного вивчення надає вступ до Довідника Sphere і пояснює, як люди та організації, які реагують на гуманітарні кризи, можуть використовувати Довідник для покращення якості допомоги, яку вони надають. Розглянуті теми включають:
• Що таке Довідник Sphere і яка мета та передбачуваний вплив,
• Які принципи та основи довідника Sphere,
• Основний зміст і структура стандартів з WASH, продовольчої безпеки та харчування, житла та поселення та охорони здоров’я,
• Як структуровані стандарти, включно з ключовими діями, індикаторами та інструкціями та як їх можна використовувати,
• Як застосовувати стандарти в гуманітарному контексті,
• Де можна знайти додаткову інформацію та ресурси для підтримки застосування мінімальних стандартів.
Після завершення 2 модулів, що проводяться в прямому ефірі, учасники зможуть:
• Пояснити підхід Sphere,
• Узагальнити зміст і структуру довідника Sphere,
• Продемонструвати, як застосування підходу Sphere допоможе забезпечити кращу підзвітність і якість нашого програмування,
• Навести приклади того, як мінімальні стандарти Sphere, показники, ключові дії та інструкції можуть бути застосовані на практиці,
• Визначити додаткові джерела інформації, ресурси та підтримку.
Хто може взяти участь?
Люди, які беруть участь у реагуванні на гуманітарну кризу в Україні, мало або зовсім не знають Sphere. Учні можуть працювати або волонтерити в різноманітних організаціях, включаючи органи місцевого самоврядування, національні та місцеві неурядові організації, організації громадянського суспільства чи громадські організації.
Цей курс пропонується безкоштовно, в порядку черги. Ми створимо список очікування, тому, будь ласка, напишіть нам, якщо курс (список учасників) вже заповнений, щоб ми могли мати на увазі, якщо з’явиться вільне місце.
Як приєднатись?

Онлайн-сесії проводяться наживо на платформі Zoom. Рекомендуємо приєднатися через застосунок Zoom. Учасники можуть приєднатися до тренінгу через браузер, хоча браузер надає обмежений доступ до деяких інтерактивних функцій тренінгу. Очікується, що учасники матимуть стабільне інтернет-з’єднання та активну участь у всіх фасилитованих сесіях.

In collaboration with Sphere, RedR UK is organizing an on-line training programme to provide an introduction to the Sphere Handbook to those working or volunteering in the Ukraine humanitarian crisis response. The course explains how people and organisations responding to humanitarian crises can use the handbook to improve both the quality of the assistance they provide and their accountability, particularly to those directly affected by the crisis.
Course Structure
- 1-hour self-paced e-learning
- 2 x 2-hours facilitated online training sessions
- 1 hour of reading and self-study
TOTAL learning time: 6 hours
Course Objectives
The self-paced module provides an introduction to the Sphere Handbook and explains how people and organisations responding to humanitarian crises can use the Handbook to improve the quality of the assistance they provide. Topics covered include:
- What the Sphere Handbook is and what the purpose and intended impacts are,
- What the principles and foundations of the Sphere Handbook are,
- The core content and structure of standards on WASH, Food Security and Nutrition, Shelter and Settlement and Health,
- How the standards are structured including what key actions, indicators and guidance notes are and how they can be used,
- How to apply the standards in humanitarian contexts,
- Where additional information and resources can be found to support the application of the minimum standards.
By the end of the 2 live facilitated modules, participants will be able to:
- Explain the Sphere approach ,
- Summarise the content and structure of the Sphere Handbook ,
- Demonstrate how adopting the Sphere approach will help ensure better accountability and quality in our programming,
- Give examples of how Sphere minimum standards, indicators, key actions and guidance notes can be applied in practice ,
- Identify further sources of information, resources, and support .
Who should attend?
People involved in the Ukraine humanitarian crisis response with little or no knowledge of Sphere. Learners might be working or volunteering in a wide range of organisations including local government, national and local NGOs, Civil Society Organisations or Community-based Organisations.
This course is offered for free; on a first come, first served basis, although training organizers shall retain access to the participants’ lists and the right to decide on the participants to be accepted on the training.
How to Join?
If you would like to attend, please register through Eventbrite. You will receive instructions on how to join the course after registration. Participants will need to have completed the self-paced module to get access to the on-line facilitated sessions.
The live online sessions are hosted on Zoom. We recommend joining via the Zoom app. Participants may join the training via a browser, although the browser offers limited access to some of the interactive features of the training. Participants will be expected to have a stable internet connection and to actively participate in all facilitated sessions.
