This is a short summary of some of our work in 2022, your donation to our Emergency Response Fund will help us deliver more projects like this in the future
Ukraine
This year, after the launch of the Russian military invasion in Ukraine, more than 17.7 million people were reported in need of humanitarian assistance. With the support of our donors we were able to launch 23 online training modules in English, Ukrainian, Polish and Romanian. So far, with your help, RedR UK has trained more than 2,600 humanitarian aid workers in Ukraine and neighbouring countries, who in turn help those most in need.
Pakistan Flood
During the recent Pakistan floods, affecting over 33 million people, RedR UK was quick to step in and provide free online training to local humanitarians in English and Urdu, giving local communities skills and knowledge to deal with the aftermath of the floods. This training is ongoing and is still critical part of the rebuilding and recovery process.
