Project Planning and Implementation(Humanitarian PCM Pakistan) (ENG/URDU)

Exploring the tasks required during the project planning and implementation phases of the project cycle to ensure a project is successful

This module is part of a series of four modules on project cycle management. The four modules are:

  • Needs Assessment
  • Project Identification and Design
  • Project Planning and Implementation
  • Monitoring and Evaluation

This module explores the key elements of planning that need to be undertaken when commencing a project: scope, time, resource, stakeholder and risk. It provides an overview of key tools that can be used for planning projects and allows learners the opportunity to consider ways to improve project planning processes to ensure that project implementation is smooth.

The module is contextualised for the Pakistan floods response.

The module is a live session that will take place on zoom. The session provides opportunities for learners to actively participate in the session and to apply the learning to their own context.

*Note that the module is short and is intended to provide an introduction to the topic.
