This is a free interactive online module, delivered live by RedR UK’s mental health experts, on 18th April from 18:00-20:00 (BST). You will learn why and how we react to crises such as the COVID-19 pandemic. You will learn how to recognise, understand and manage reactions in yourself and others, including where you can go for help and how you can support others using psychological first aid.
This module is part of a three-module programme relating to Covid-19. The other modules cover Culturally Appropriate Hygiene Promotion for Covid-19 and Covid-19 Myth Busting. You may take all three modules or any module individually. You can look at our upcoming module dates here.
