Managing Stress During the Covid-19 Pandemic

This is a free interactive online module, delivered live by RedR UK’s mental health experts. You will learn why and how we react to crises such as the COVID-19 pandemic. You will learn how to recognise, understand and manage reactions in yourself and others, including where you can go for help and how you can support others using psychological first aid.
